Here at Resolve and Regain, we love to meet new people and do all we can to help them deal with any issues or worries they may have, in the best way possible for them as an individual.
We all know the expression ‘making mountains out of molehills’? Well, we can help you make molehills out of your mountains. That is a pretty big statement, but that is what having the right therapist or life coach can do for you. 
We see a dentist to keep our dental health in check, a physio or chiropractor for a bad back, even attend the gym for our physical health but what about our mental health? What about the need to talk, to offload, to be shown ways how to help ourselves? Help to fix worries or phobias? How about someone unrelated just to voice ideas and plans to? 
Who should we turn to for guidance or clarity? Well some of struggle along,  stay where we are and unbeknown to us, limit our lives. Others make a plan and find the way to reach the goals they have. But most of us need someone to support us in moving ourselves and our lives forward.

Hypnotherapy - as a Hypnotherapist I only work face to face with clients in a safe environment. Emma

Coaching - this can be face to face, over zoom or by phone. These sessions can be weekly / monthly ongoing or as a set amount of sessions.

Mindfulness - we practice mindfulness here at R&R and have found that teaching others has had a profound effect on our clients well being. We can arrange sessions in person or remotely. These sessions can be weekly / monthly or a set amount of sessions.
