Welcome to

Resolve and Regain

A calm, confidential space where you can talk, feel heard and begin to move forward

Reaching out for support can feel daunting, particularly when you are already struggling. You may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, coping with a difficult change, experiencing problems in a relationship, or simply sensing that something in your life isn’t quite right.

Whatever has brought you here, you don’t need to have everything worked out and you don’t need to find the perfect words. You can simply come as you are.

I offer counselling and therapy in Norfolk and online across the UK. My approach is warm, down-to-earth and compassionate. Together, we can make sense of what you are experiencing, gently explore anything that feels stuck and help you find a way forward that feels right for you.

How I can support you

People come to me for support with many different experiences, including:

  • Anxiety, stress and overthinking

  • Low mood or loss of motivation

  • Low self-esteem and confidence

  • Grief, separation and other significant life changes

  • Unhelpful thoughts, feelings or patterns

  • Feeling lost, stuck or unsure of what comes next

To name a few

You may also come to therapy without a clear reason, only the feeling that you would like life to be different. That is a perfectly good place to begin.

Therapy shaped around you

I work in a person-centred, trauma-informed and integrative way. This means that our sessions are guided by your needs, your experiences and your pace.

I won’t judge you, tell you what to do or try to “fix” you. Instead, I will listen with warmth, honesty and curiosity, helping you understand yourself more deeply and recognise the strengths and resources you may have lost sight of. I can give you the tools, show you how to use them and walk beside you for as long as you would like me to.

Therapy can offer you the space to pause, breathe and be completely yourself, perhaps for the first time in a long while.

Taking the first step

Finding the right therapist matters. You are welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation, with no pressure or obligation. It is simply an opportunity to ask questions, tell me a little about what you are looking for and see whether working together feels right.

You don’t have to carry everything alone.
