  • Coaching

    Coaching is a great way to move forward with your life. this can be with all aspects of our lives, including friends, at work, relationships and general confidence in moving forward. After discussion we can tailor a session or set of sessions to help you move forward. These can be through an employer or personal, but always private and confidential.

    Coaching can be short or long term and we have two coaches you can work with here.

  • Hypnotherapy

    Hypnotherapy and hypnotherapeutic techniques have been used for many years and for many reasons, this kind of therapy can be used alongside counselling or coaching or alone.

    Hypnotherapy can help with anxiety, stress, weight issues, smoking and regression, to name a few.

  • Mindfulness

    We have two mindfulness coaches who can work face to face or over zoom. Mindfulness has become increasingly used in therapy to allow us to become aware of the present moment, which can help us enjoy the world around us more and understand ourselves better.

    An important part of mindfulness is reconnecting with our bodies and the sensations they experience. Gradually we can train ourselves to notice when our negative thoughts are taking over and can help us notice signs of stress or anxiety.

  • Counselling

    Counselling is an extremely helpful way to help you move forward and find your peace. There are many types of counselling to help aid people from all walks of life.
