What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is our natural ability as humans to be present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, not overwhelmed or over reactive by what we find around us.

If we practice mindfulness daily, we can begin to create a new normality to our everyday, seemingly remodelling the brain structure.

How can we achieve Mindfulness?

Being mindful can be achieved in so many ways, I work with many tool variations, face to face, online and giving practice material between sessions or as a single goal orientated package tailored to you.

What will the sessions consist of?

The sessions will begin with me getting to know you, your end goals, and your lifestyle, to ensure I can tailor the practice for you (or your group) to receive the best possible outcome, however that works for you. Then we will work together to achieve mindfulness.
